Wybit provides AI-powered healthcare automation tools. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

You must not:

• Use the services in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the security of our platform.
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the integrity of our systems.

Wybit's AI agents are designed to assist healthcare professionals by automating administrative workflows and summarizing data. Wybit is not a diagnostic tool and does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions must always be made by a licensed healthcare professional reviewing the synthesized data. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of medical records and patient care.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy. For healthcare practices, the processing of Protected Health Information (PHI) is governed by our Business Associate Agreement (BAA). You retain ownership of all patient data processed through our systems.

Wybit retains all rights, title, and interest in our platform, software, and underlying AI models. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services during your subscription term.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wybit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
