The chart is ready before the patient is.
Six AI agents sort your faxes, pull outside records, call patients before visits and draft the note, so your team can focus on patients.
MindScript, powered by ACC, AGA and AMA guidelines
On the phone
Appointment & Intake Agent
Standby
Calls patients 48 hours before their visit, confirms the appointment, collects intake data and writes a detailed chief complaint.
On the phone
Refill Voice Agent
Active12ms
Answers patient calls for prescription refills, captures everything the pharmacy team needs and routes the request to them.
In the paperwork
Document Management Agent
Active18ms
Captures incoming faxes, categorizes each document and routes it to the right person on your team, so nobody sorts the fax queue by hand.
In the paperwork
Records Integration Agent
Syncing45ms
Retrieves patient records from external health systems and files them to the correct patient chart.
In the chart
HPI Generation Agent
Active28ms
Pulls data from eCW Prisma, summarizes the patient's history and drafts the HPI, so the note starts mostly written.
In the chart
AI Scribe
Standby
Documents the encounter as it happens, so physicians can look at the patient instead of the keyboard.
An example day at a practice running Wybit
The overnight faxes are already sorted
Referrals, lab results and imaging reports are read, categorized and waiting with the right person before anyone logs in.
Handled by the Document Management Agent
Outside records are in the chart
Records for today's patients are pulled from external health systems and filed to the correct patient.
Handled by the Records Integration Agent
Every HPI is drafted
History is summarized from eCW Prisma for each patient on the schedule, so notes start mostly written.
Handled by the HPI Generation Agent
The physician looks at the patient
The pre-visit snapshot sets the context, and the scribe documents the conversation as it happens.

Thursday's patients get a call
Two days ahead, appointments are confirmed, intake is collected and chief complaints are recorded.
Handled by the Appointment & Intake Agent
An after-hours refill call is handled
The patient's request is captured in full and waiting for the pharmacy team in the morning.

What changes for your practice
4+hours
back every day
Faxes, records, calls and note drafting move to the agents. That time goes back to patients.
HIPAA compliant
A BAA with every practice before any PHI is processed, and encryption at rest and in transit. Read how we handle PHI
Less burnout
Physicians practice medicine instead of doing data entry.
More face time
Visits spend more time on the patient and less on the screen.
Works with your EHR
Wybit runs alongside the EHR you already use. There is nothing to replace.
Your data stays yours
Patient data stays within your practice and is never used to train foundational models. Read our security practices

Something else? Email hello@wybit.io.
Does Wybit replace our EHR?
No. Wybit works alongside the EHR you already use. Agents read from it, for example pulling history from eCW Prisma to draft an HPI, and write results back to the right patient chart.
How does Wybit protect patient data?
We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every practice before any PHI is processed. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest with AES-256. Access is role-based with mandatory multi-factor authentication, and every action that touches PHI is audit-logged.
Is our patient data used to train AI models?
No. Prompts and context containing PHI are ephemeral and are never used to train foundational models. Models are hosted securely, and your data is never sent to public consumer endpoints.
Does Wybit make clinical decisions?
No. Wybit handles administrative work and summarizes data. It is not a diagnostic tool, and clinical decisions are always made by a licensed professional reviewing the information.
How long does setup take?
Minutes, not months. Wybit connects to your existing systems without disrupting current workflows, and agents start working in the background right away.
What does the demo include?
To keep demos compliant, each one runs in an isolated environment with synthetic patient data. Tell us about your practice and EHR and we will set one up for your team.
